CPD Providers

If you are not a registered CPD provider, please apply to become one using the form below.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a notification email that your CPD provider application has been received and is pending review. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions. If you do not receive an email within 5 working days, please contact the Executive Administrator (info@chiropractic-ecu.org).

If you are already a registered CPD Provider, please access your CPD provider account.
